What is considered as a warranty claim.

Mechanical and or electrical failures under normal intended use. Caused by errors in manufacturing or caused by early wear and tear of individual components with regard to the original battery, controller and electrical motor.

What is NOT considered as a warranty claim.

Any failure or damage caused by an accident, crash or mistreatment of our product, as not intended usage.

Modification of the battery, controller or motor systems will result in warranty void.

How to apply for a warranty claim.

Be aware of the terms listed in this page. Make sure you have the original purchase invoice with date, customer name and order number. (Only original owners are eligible for warranty)

Contact our team and be sure to explain the problem in detail & supply us with clear visual evidence. Pictures and or videos.

We will contact you within 48 hours.

If not accepted, we will give a clear reason why. We will give you a solution or alternative method.

If accepted, according to the issue or fault, we will send out new replacement parts at no cost to you.
